Age Restriction
By law, you must be aged 18 years old or over to purchase alcohol in the UK. Therefore, by placing an order, you are affirming that you are at least 18 years old. Furthermore, if you are buying wine as a gift, the recipient must also be 18 years old or over. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged at least 18 years of age. If there is nobody of that age at the address when the delivery is attempted, the goods may be retained by the driver. In such a case, the driver will leave a notification of the attempt and a telephone number to call for you to rearrange delivery.

On the rare occasions when one of our products is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative of equal value. You can accept, or decline, any changes proposed by us. We will always keep you informed of any changes to your order and how your order is progressing. If any bottle is broken upon delivery, please notify us within three days and we will replace this at our own cost.

Acceptance
You undertake to inspect all goods immediately on delivery and to notify ourselves or the carrier forthwith of any shortage, damage or other deficiency. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfying your order three days after delivery and, thereafter, will not be entitled to reject the products for any reason.
