Delivery
The delivery charge is levied per address. For mainland UK deliveries up to, and including, twelve bottles, £6.99 will be charged. The charge for more than twelve bottles is £12.00. However, we offer free delivery for orders over £500.00. We also offer deliveries at non-standard times and these will be charged at cost, e.g. a Saturday delivery of twelve bottles would incur a charge of £35.00. However, the wine can be collected from your local APC depot at no additional charge. Please feel free to contact us for further details.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Islands of Scotland will incur an additional charge - please contact us for further details.
We expect to deliver within five working days. However, deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Islands of Scotland may take longer.
Subject to import restrictions, worldwide delivery is possible - please contact us for the relevant details. For example, we can deliver twelve bottles throughout Europe for £75.00.
If you have any special delivery instructions or any personal messages that you wish to be included with your order, please use the 'Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order' box located in the 'Checkout' section.
If a delivery cannot be completed, a card will be left with the delivery company's telephone number. With this, you can arrange a more convenient time for them to visit. Alternatively, as noted above, you can always collect the wine from your local APC depot free of charge.
Returns
We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund for any wine which is damaged during delivery. Please contact us within three working days of receipt.
If a wine is faulty or corked, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please contact us so that we can arrange this.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we allow you seven days from the receipt of the goods to cancel. A refund (excluding the delivery and return carriage charges) will be offered as long as the goods remain in good condition and that prior notification has been given.
