"Possessing an almost Château Lafleur-like raspberry, strawberry, floral and graphite bouquet, the 2013 Champoux Vineyard is medium to full-bodied, juicy, lively and polished, with an already approachable, endearing personality. Nevertheless, it has building mid-palate depth, lively acidity and enough ripe tannin to keep it drinking nicely for another 15 years. Drink: 2020-2035. 93 points

I continue to think these Bordeaux blends from Chris Camarda are some of the most impressive, balanced, and age-worthy wines coming out Washington State. While these 2013s are a small step back from the sensational 2012s, they're all highly recommended. The 2014s show more flesh and texture, and I think will be a step up over the 2013s. Either way, both are rock solid vintages and these wines certainly deserve a place in your cellar."
