Buscado Vivo o Muerto El Limite Malbec 2019

In Stock

“The 2019 El Límite Pareditas was a co-fermentation of Malbec with Tempranillo and Syrah, but none of these wines are about the variety, which are always Malbec based in the reds and Chardonnays for the whites, but about the places. These vines in San Carlos are 65 years old on mixed, shallow alluvial soils with volcanic and limestone rocks. It fermented with destemmed grapes and natural yeasts and aged in 500-liter oak barrels. There are more rustic tannins here, juicy and ripe flavors and a long, dry finish with a bitter twist. 6,000 bottles produced. Drink: 2021-2026. 93 points

Buscado Vivo o Muerto is a 36,000-bottle project from Jeff Mausbach and Alejandro “Colo” Sejanovich that is focused on the different terroirs of the Valle de Uco.”
