“Ca’ del Bosco is most likely the best-known Franciacorta producer internationally. Everything from the packaging to what’s in the bottle screams prestige and luxury in a way that usually only Champagne houses can achieve. The estate manages 250 hectares of vines through all organic practices, hand harvesting and selection. The fruit is washed and dried before soft crushing. The wines are bottled in an oxygen-free environment, allowing a low use of sulfur (the total of which is stated on their back labels) and hand-riddled through their maturation.”
