“The 2022 Cotes de Provence Petale de Rose, a blend of 34% Grenache, 29% Cinsault, 27% Mourvèdre, 3.8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.2% Ugni-Blanc, 2% Rolle and 2% Sémillon, reveals aromas of lemon, licorice, pear, red berries and menthol. Fleshy and fresh, medium-bodied and supple, it’s a sapid wine with lively acids and pristine balance. There is some residual sugar here but a mouthwatering, elegant finish. Drink: 2023-2026. 90 points”
