“The 2020 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru certainly has one of the more austere aromatic profiles from this vineyard, though I like that. Reserved and a little “aloof”, you keep coming back tor more. The palate is well balanced with superb salinity, harmonious and poised, not a million miles away from Garnier’s Mont de Milieu with a very persistent and satisfying finish. Highly recommended. Tasted blind at the BlVB tasting in Chablis. Drinking window: 2023-2042. 94 points”
