Water white. Very pure, pristine floral aromas associated with Grüner Veltliner. Airy and delicate but with rapier-like acidity. I would keep this a little while for it to soften some of the edges and round out a little on the palate. There’s still the merest suggestion of fermentation aromas. Drink: 2023-2027. 16.5 points”
